See your energy.
Understand your plant.
Improve your performance.
Engineering-led monitoring and optimisation for buildings and heat networks.GESTI combines practical plant-room expertise with measured operating data to help those responsible for energy, carbon and building performance identify inefficiencies, prioritise improvements and manage their systems with greater confidence.Supporting housing associations, local authorities, universities and estate operators.

GESTI PULSE
Energy Management & Optimisation Platform.
Software shaped by practical engineering experience. GESTI PULSE brings verified telemetry, approved variables and operational context together so teams can understand plant performance and prioritise the next investigation.
Real-time Telemetry
Direct integration with your plant-room BMS and metering hardware for up-to-the-minute visibility.
Performance Analytics
Convert raw data into actionable insights. Track baseline consumption and verify retrofit savings.
Data Discipline
Identify unreliable meters and resolve data gaps before they impact your regulatory reporting.
Draft HNTAS Readiness
Supports evidence preparation and monitoring workflows against current draft HNTAS materials. It does not certify compliance.
Engineering Services
We operate where the physical plant meets the digital twin. Our consultancy is built on a foundation of measured truth.
Building Energy Optimisation
Strategic guidance from engineers who understand the reality of the plant room, not just the spreadsheet. We bridge the gap between estate directors' goals and operational realities.
Heat Network Monitoring
Deep-dive physical inspections of your energy centres and heat networks. We identify operational inefficiencies, degraded equipment, and low-cost intervention opportunities.
Metering & Telemetry
Establish robust, defendable baselines for your portfolio. We ensure your meters are accurate, data is flowing correctly, and calculations reflect reality.
HNTAS Readiness
From milestone readiness reviews to evidence gathering and remediation workflows, we support your preparation for the draft technical assurance scheme.
Connected Services for Housing & Local Authorities
We integrate physical surveys, hardware supply, and digital monitoring into a single, cohesive service model powered by GESTI PULSE.
Interlinked Operations
Managing complex property portfolios requires more than isolated data points. We connect every stage of the lifecycle to provide total visibility and operational control.

For social landlords in England, maintaining safe indoor environments is critical. Our temperature and humidity monitoring capabilities support early detection, evidence gathering, escalation, and response tracking.

Heat Network Technical Assurance
HNTAS readiness support
DESNZ published draft HNTAS technical specifications and assessment procedures for existing heat networks in January 2026. GESTI helps operators prepare against that developing framework by establishing auditable monitoring, reliable meters, clear evidence records and practical remediation plans. The drafts remain subject to change. GESTI does not provide HNTAS certification, statutory assessment or guaranteed compliance.
Milestone readiness review
Structure work around the draft pathway from initial records and Energy Centre review through improvement planning, consumer connections and Milestone 4.
Monitoring and improvement planning
Define monitoring points, read frequencies, data lineage and a Performance Improvement Plan linked to measured issues and accountable actions.
Evidence and remediation workflows
Organise maintenance, meter, condition, KPI and corrective-action records, including the draft minimum three-month KPI evidence window where applicable.
Current reference: HNTAS Existing Heat Networks draft documents, version 0.1 dated 17 December 2025 and published by DESNZ on 5 January 2026. Requirements may change before scheme launch.
Project Scope Configurator
Define your hardware and telemetry requirements. Generate a scope summary to initiate a validation site survey before finalising your installation plan.

Scope Summary
This configuration is an indicative scope for budgeting only. It is not a verified quotation or final design, no price is guaranteed, and any price provided is subject to change. A physical site survey is required to confirm datapoints, equipment, sensors, metering, network coverage, power, installation conditions and integration viability. GESTI cannot accept liability for budgets, purchases or commitments made from indicative costs before the final scope and price are confirmed in writing.
Engineered for
the truth.
The energy sector is saturated with promises of arbitrary percentage savings based on black-box algorithms. GESTI was founded on a different principle: practical plant-room expertise combined with measured-data discipline.
We do not invent numbers. We do not guess at baseline consumption. We put our engineers on the ground, inside your energy centres, and we connect directly to your telemetry.
Our approach is rooted in technical authority and direct evidence. Whether we are advising an estates director on capital retrofit strategies or helping a heat-network operator prepare against the current draft HNTAS framework, our recommendations are backed by verified operational data and clearly documented evidence boundaries.
