Explore the GESTI PULSE interactive demo
Explore five illustrative report types: Energy Performance, ESG & Carbon, HNTAS Readiness, Indoor Environment and Plant Exceptions. The interactive demo lets you select a fictional site and reporting period.
All figures, charts and alerts are simulated for demonstration purposes only. They are not verified, measured or live telemetry. This output is not certified or legally sufficient for compliance reporting.
Energy Performance
The report illustrates electricity and heat consumption in kWh, peak demand in kW, estimated cost and a simulated sub-meter breakdown by zone. For the fictional University Main Campus over the demo's Last 7 Days, the example shows 45,000 kWh electricity, 120,000 kWh heat, 850 kW peak demand and £28,000 estimated cost. These are demonstration inputs, not a tariff-derived quotation or evidence of savings.
ESG & Carbon
The example separates Scope 1 gas/heat activity from Scope 2 purchased electricity and illustrates emissions profiles and carbon intensity. Emissions in tCO2e are calculated as activity in kWh × the demo factor in kg CO2e/MWh ÷ 1,000,000.
For the same simulated seven-day campus example, 120,000 kWh × 183 kg CO2e/MWh gives 22.0 tCO2e Scope 1 (rounded), and 45,000 kWh × 207 kg CO2e/MWh gives 9.3 tCO2e Scope 2 (rounded). Demo factors are illustrative assumptions, not approved factors for live reporting. Live results require covered meter readings and an approved factor valid for the reporting period.

HNTAS Readiness
This illustrative draft heat-network readiness view includes central efficiency, flow temperature, volume-weighted average return temperature (VWART), delta T, high-return exceptions, heat loss, meter-data coverage and open assurance actions.
The simulated view is informed by DESNZ Existing Heat Networks draft documents published in January 2026. It is not an assessment, certification result or statement of compliance. Draft requirements remain subject to change; missing evidence and draft calculation methodology require review.
Indoor Environment
The report illustrates dwelling temperature, relative humidity and at-risk condition tracking. Sensors support early detection, evidence gathering, escalation and response tracking. They do not replace physical investigation, necessary remediation, tenant communication or statutory duties under Awaab's Law. Simulated risk flags are not diagnoses or proof of legal compliance.

Plant Exceptions
Illustrative operational anomalies show how plant exceptions can be reviewed by detection time, asset, description and priority, alongside open-alert and offline-meter counts. Examples include boiler short-cycling and out-of-hours energy consumption. These simulated alerts demonstrate investigation priorities, not verified equipment faults, automatic diagnoses or confirmed savings.
