Who to contact

GESTI LTD is responsible for its own website, sales enquiries and account administration. GESTI LTD is registered in England and Wales under company number 08110767, with its registered office at 16 Davis Crescent, Pirton, Hitchin, England, SG5 3RB. For privacy questions or requests, email info@gesti.co.uk. Where a customer supplies personnel or site information through the platform, that customer may also have responsibilities as a data controller.

Information and purposes

• When you contact us or request a quote: your name, organisation, email, optional telephone number, message, requested services, and the scope or equipment selections you provide. We use this to respond, prepare proposals and manage the enquiry.
• When you create a PULSE account: your sign-in identity, email, portfolio access and role. We use these to authenticate you, control access and operate the service.
• When you use PULSE: the information your organisation enters, including operational records, feedback and associated user actions. We use it to deliver the agreed service, investigate issues and keep appropriate records.
• When you accept a pre-sales NDA: the details you submit and acceptance evidence. We use them to administer and evidence the agreement.

Our grounds for processing depend on the activity: taking steps before or performing a contract, meeting legal obligations, or our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and securing and improving our services. We do not treat a general enquiry as consent to unrelated marketing.

Service providers and sharing

We use providers to host the website and platform, manage authentication and, where relevant, send service emails or process payments. These providers receive information needed for their service. We may also disclose information when legally required. We do not publish private portfolio data in the public demonstration, which uses simulated figures.

Cookies and analytics

Sign-in and hosting services may set cookies needed for security and sessions, and the interface may store preferences on your device. The current website code does not load an optional analytics script; its event tracking runs only if an analytics service is separately present. If optional analytics or other non-essential tracking is enabled later, we will review its use and provide any required choice before it runs.

Keeping information and your choices

We keep information for as long as needed for the enquiry, service or agreement and any applicable legal, accounting or dispute requirements; the relevant period depends on the record. To ask about the period for your information, request access or correction, object to relevant processing, or ask for deletion or restriction where applicable, email info@gesti.co.uk. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
