Who to contact

GESTI LTD is responsible for its own website, sales enquiries and account administration. GESTI LTD is registered in England and Wales under company number 08110767. Its registered office, which is also its business and postal address, is St Christopher House, 126 Ridge Rd, Letchworth Garden City SG6 1PT. For privacy questions or requests, email info@gesti.co.uk. Where a customer supplies personnel or site information through the platform, that customer may also have responsibilities as a data controller.

Information and purposes

• When you contact us or request a quote: your name, organisation, email, optional telephone number, message, requested services, and the scope or equipment selections you provide. We use this to respond, prepare proposals and manage the enquiry.
• When you book a consultation: your name, email, chosen appointment time and any optional organisation or message you provide. We use these to schedule the call and prepare for your enquiry. Booking details are processed with Google Calendar; availability is checked against busy time in GESTI’s connected Google account.
• When you create a PULSE account: your sign-in identity, email, portfolio access and role. We use these to authenticate you, control access and operate the service.
• When you use PULSE: the information your organisation enters, including operational records, feedback and associated user actions. We use it to deliver the agreed service, investigate issues and keep appropriate records.
• When you accept a pre-sales NDA: the details you submit and acceptance evidence. We use them to administer and evidence the agreement.

Our grounds for processing depend on the activity: taking steps before or performing a contract, meeting legal obligations, or our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and securing and improving our services. We do not treat a general enquiry as consent to unrelated marketing.

Service providers and sharing

We use providers to host the website and platform, manage authentication and, where relevant, send service emails or process payments. Google processes consultation booking details through Google Calendar so we can check availability and reserve an appointment. These providers receive information needed for their service. We may also disclose information when legally required. We do not publish private portfolio data in the public demonstration, which uses simulated figures.

Cookies and analytics

Sign-in and hosting services may set cookies needed for security and sessions, and the interface may store preferences on your device. Optional website analytics is off unless you choose “Allow analytics”. You can choose “Reject analytics” without losing access to the website or PULSE, and change or withdraw your choice at any time using “Analytics settings” at the bottom of either website. Withdrawing stops future collection; it does not erase information already collected.

If allowed, the hosting provider’s analytics receives page addresses, referring pages and browser/device information, using network information to produce approximate visitor statistics. We use this to understand useful pages and actions and improve our services. Custom events do not include enquiry text, identities or private portfolio records. The tracker may be downloaded by the hosting service before you choose, but our consent guard prevents it sending analytics until you allow it.

We store only your analytics choice, its version and the time you made it in this browser’s local storage for 180 days. This preference is shared by the company website and PULSE on the same host, not across other browsers or devices. If storage is unavailable or the choice expires, optional analytics stays off. Essential authentication, hosting and security processing is separate and is not disabled by this choice.

Keeping information and your choices

We keep information for as long as needed for the enquiry, service or agreement and any applicable legal, accounting or dispute requirements; the relevant period depends on the record. To ask about the period for your information, request access or correction, object to relevant processing, or ask for deletion or restriction where applicable, email info@gesti.co.uk. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
